Job Description:
  • Provide administrative support to Free Zone leadership including expense and travel management
  • Ability to Coordinates administration and leave management for all Free Zone, ensure that staff functions are adequately covered during absences
  • Provide professional  knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing  the professional publications; establish personalized networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Ensure all operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment records; evaluating latest  equipment and techniques.
  • Develop  staff by providing information, educational opportunity, and experiential growth opportunities to them
  • Facilitate employee’s  requests as and when required such as room booking,  meeting room requirements,conference calls.
  • Resolvesing the  administrative problems by coordinating preparaing  reports, analyzing , and identifying  the solutions
