Job Description:- Provide administrative support to Free Zone leadership including expense and travel management
- Accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts and time recording
- Development of meeting agendas, presentations and other meeting-related activities
- Coordinating intra- and inter-company conference calls
- Ability to Coordinates administration and leave management for all Free Zone, ensure that staff functions are adequately covered during absences
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Develop staff by providing information, educational opportunity, and experiential growth opportunities to them
- Resolvesing the administrative problems by coordinating preparaing reports, analyzing , and identifying the solutions
