Job Description:
- Knowledge in tally Accounting Software
- Must have Knowledge to Analyze business activities, financial commitments, and obligations,trends,revenues to project future revenues and expenses.Prepare creditor's settlements in the payables ledger by selecting the dues given on the statements received from leisure suppliers.
- Reporting to management regarding the finances of establishment.Preparing statutory accounts
- Must have a deep Knowledge in Preparing forms and manuals for accounting and direct their work activities.
- Coordinate with the auditors ensuring that any information they require is made available and Consolidate all the budgets received from various departments for the Finance Manager
- Prepare accounting adjustment forms where required. Check the daily sales reports of all ticketing agents for completeness and accuracy in commission rates, taxes and other expenses.
- Knowledge in Computing taxes owed and prepare tax returns, reporting for tax requirements.
- Assist in the process of corporate invoicing by analysing the supporting documents as per the requirements of corporate.
- Must have Working knowledge with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals. questioning abnormal expenses and entering into the finance system. check all the figure to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Accounts Payable, includes processing invoices, following in a timely manner. Processing Employee expense reports, verifying expenses are within the company guidelines.
