Job Description:
- Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure, analysing books of accounts
- Must have Knowledge to Ensure accuracy and efficiency of all standard procedures;Manage the audit team to ensure strict deadlines are met
- Prepare reports such as sales report,debtors aging schedule, credit notes and ensure the completion of a Timely audit.
- Regular review of various region’s key projects to ensure the material changes in performance and included in the projected performance of business.
- Prepare creditor's settlements in the payables ledger by selecting the dues given on the statements received from leisure suppliers. Reporting to management regarding the finances of establishment.Preparing statutory accounts
- Must have a deep Knowledge in Preparing forms and manuals for accounting and direct their work activities.
- Cost centre performance evaluation, Maintenance of cost records and preparing of cost reports and Costing and Variance Analysis: Implementing the costing systems
- Check the daily sales reports of all ticketing agents for completeness and accuracy in commission rates, taxes and other expenses. Arranging funds from various sourcesand allocate financial resources in effective manner
- Knowledge in process of corporate invoicing by analysing the supporting documents as per the requirements of corporate.
