Job Description:
Preparation of weekly cash status report
Monitoring daily position reports of bank accounts and other Bank & update your cash balance
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements
Petty Cash transaction entry
Fixed asset entry, acquisition, disposal & transfer
Occasional cashiering functions that include control (custody, supply & outlay) of petty cash fund, payment of allowances & calculation of travel (for employees, business trips in progress) and document follow-up for outstanding progress through temporary voucher
