Job Description:
- Check that financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies, IFRS, local GAAP and Tax law and Administate the payrolls and controlling income and expenditure, analysing books of account
- Maintains the accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Ensure accuracy and efficiency of all standard procedures; Analyze business activities, financial commitments.
- Analyze and reviews budgets and expenditures and Regular review of various region’s key projects to ensure the material changes in performance and included in the projected performance of business.Knowledge in process of corporate invoicing by analysing the supporting documents as per the requirements of corporate
- Prepare creditor's settlements in the payables ledger by selecting the dues given on the statements received from leisure suppliers. Reporting to management regarding the finances of establishment.
- Preparing statutory accounts,Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.Cost centre performance evaluation, Prepare reports like sales report, credit notes debtors aging schedule and ensure the completion of Timely audit.
- Check the daily sales reports of all ticketing agents for completeness and accuracy in commission rates, taxes and other expenses and Summarizes current financial status by collecting information
- Prepares special financial reports by updating and summarizing account information.and preparing balance sheet and other reports.
